Karly Lobbin represented us in the sale of our commercial condominium in Chula Vista. The property was only on the market for a couple of days before going into escrow at full asking price. We had a very unique situation with the buyer who ended up in the ICU for most of the escrow, and there were several hiccups at the end of escrow. Karly handled everything perfectly and made sure the deal closed. We live out of town and relied on Karly to manage the repairs during escrow and she made that an extremely easy process. Also, Karly helped us remove the previous tenant who was not responding to our demands to vacate.
